Following the successful SAP S/4HANA pilot and go-live in Poland, our client, a global FMCG company, is preparing a rollout covering two regions and several countries.
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cutover Lead to own the planning, coordination and execution of the transition from legacy solutions to SAP S/4HANA.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the integrated cutover strategy, plan and detailed schedule.
- Coordinate activities across business, functional, technical, data, infrastructure and support teams.
- Define cutover milestones, dependencies, entry criteria and exit criteria.
- Lead cutover-planning workshops and readiness reviews.
- Coordinate mock cutovers and incorporate lessons learned into the final plan.
- Align data migration, system deployment, interface activation, security, business readiness and operational handover.
- Manage the cutover command centre during deployment.
- Track activities, issues, decisions and escalations in real time.
- Coordinate go/no-go assessments and report status to programme leadership.
- Support the transition into hypercare and formal handover of outstanding items.
Required experience
- Proven experience leading cutover for large SAP or ERP implementations.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA deployment or rollout projects.
- Strong planning, coordination and risk-management capabilities.
- Ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple workstreams and countries.
- Experience with detailed cutover runbooks and command-centre governance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Very good English, minimum B2 level; C1 preferred.
