Following the successful SAP S/4HANA pilot and go-live in Poland, our client, a global FMCG company, is preparing regional rollouts covering several countries.
We are looking for an experienced SAP FIN Enablement Consultant – EU E-Invoicing to support the implementation of electronic invoicing and digital tax-reporting requirements across European entities.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse e-invoicing and digital-reporting requirements for relevant EU countries.
- Translate legal and business requirements into SAP functional and integration designs.
- Support the configuration and implementation of SAP e-invoicing solutions.
- Coordinate requirements across Finance, Tax, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Integration teams.
- Support integration with government platforms, clearance systems, service providers and customer or supplier networks.
- Define invoice data, formats, mappings, validation rules and status-management requirements.
- Support the design of monitoring, error handling, reconciliation and audit-trail processes.
- Coordinate testing with local Finance and Tax representatives.
- Support country deployment, cutover and production readiness.
- Work with business and Tax stakeholders to address changes in local requirements.
Required experience
- Experience implementing e-invoicing or digital tax-reporting solutions.
- Good knowledge of SAP FI, billing or invoice-processing processes.
- Understanding of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance is preferred.
- Experience with structured invoice formats, government platforms or e-invoicing networks.
- Ability to analyse country-specific legal requirements and translate them into solution requirements.
- Experience working across multiple European countries is strongly preferred.
- Very good English, minimum B2 level; C1 preferred.
