Following the successful SAP S/4HANA pilot and go-live in Poland, our client, a global FMCG company, is preparing regional rollouts covering several countries.

We are looking for an experienced SAP FIN Enablement Consultant – EU E-Invoicing to support the implementation of electronic invoicing and digital tax-reporting requirements across European entities.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse e-invoicing and digital-reporting requirements for relevant EU countries.
  • Translate legal and business requirements into SAP functional and integration designs.
  • Support the configuration and implementation of SAP e-invoicing solutions.
  • Coordinate requirements across Finance, Tax, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Integration teams.
  • Support integration with government platforms, clearance systems, service providers and customer or supplier networks.
  • Define invoice data, formats, mappings, validation rules and status-management requirements.
  • Support the design of monitoring, error handling, reconciliation and audit-trail processes.
  • Coordinate testing with local Finance and Tax representatives.
  • Support country deployment, cutover and production readiness.
  • Work with business and Tax stakeholders to address changes in local requirements.

Required experience

  • Experience implementing e-invoicing or digital tax-reporting solutions.
  • Good knowledge of SAP FI, billing or invoice-processing processes.
  • Understanding of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance is preferred.
  • Experience with structured invoice formats, government platforms or e-invoicing networks.
  • Ability to analyse country-specific legal requirements and translate them into solution requirements.
  • Experience working across multiple European countries is strongly preferred.
  • Very good English, minimum B2 level; C1 preferred.
