Talent & Operations Coordinator

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a driven, communicative, and versatile professional to join our team in a hybrid role that blends recruitment coordination, project support, and operational excellence.

As a fully remote Talent & Operations Coordinator for the North America and LATAM region, you will play a key role in our talent acquisition efforts while also managing a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, independent work environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our IT recruitment and internal operations.

Recruitment & Talent Support

• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication across NA and LATAM.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Support sourcing efforts and assist with onboarding process.

Project & PMO Support

• Assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Track project milestones and help ensure timely delivery of internal initiatives.

Back-Office & Administrative Tasks

• Manage internal documentation, reporting, and team communications.
• Cooperate HR and marketing teams with ad hoc tasks and process improvements.

• Business fluent English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
• Availability to work in USA Eastern Time Zone.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in IT recruitment or related HR roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with IT terminology and trends is advantageous.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
