Following the successful pilot and go-live in Poland, our client, a global FMCG company, is preparing the next phase of its SAP S/4HANA transformation. The upcoming rollout will cover two regions comprising several countries.
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Lead-to-Cash Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end L2C workstream and ensure alignment between business requirements, local market needs and the global SAP template.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash workstream, including sales, order management, pricing, delivery, billing and customer-related processes.
- Facilitate solution-design workshops with business process owners, local teams and technical stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.
- Coordinate dependencies between Sales and Distribution, Finance, Logistics, Master Data and Integration teams.
- Own functional design decisions, process documentation and solution sign-off.
- Coordinate configuration, functional specifications, testing, defect resolution and deployment activities.
- Support data migration, cutover, go-live and hypercare.
- Manage workstream risks, dependencies and escalations.
Required experience
- Strong SAP SD and end-to-end Lead-to-Cash or Order-to-Cash experience.
- Proven experience leading an SAP S/4HANA functional workstream.
- Good understanding of pricing, sales orders, deliveries, billing, customer master data and FI integration.
- Experience working with global templates and multi-country deployments.
- Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Very good English, minimum B2 level; C1 preferred.
- Ability to work independently within a large, international SAP programme.
